working principle

When the motor drives the impeller on the shaft to rotate at a high speed, the liquid filled in the impeller is thrown from the center of the impeller along the flow passage between the blades to the periphery of the impeller under the action of centrifugal force. Due to the action of the blade, the pressure and speed of the liquid increase at the same time. After passing through the channel of the guide shell, it is directed to the secondary impeller. In this way, it flows through all impellers and guide shells step by step Increase the pressure energy of the liquid. After adding each impeller step by step, a certain head can be obtained.

GDL vertical multistage pipeline pump is a new pump type in 1990s. It has the advantages of energy saving, small floor area, convenient installation, stable performance, high quality stainless steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti for outer casing and wear-resistant mechanical seal for shaft seal, with no leakage and long service life. The axial force is solved by hydraulic balance, so the pump runs stably and has low noise. The installation condition is better than DL pump. It can be easily installed in the middle of any horizontal pipeline. It has high hydraulic efficiency, wide performance range, inlet and outlet diameter of 25-100 mm, flow rate of 2-72 tons per hour, lift of 25-150 meters, a total of 9 series and more than 70 specifications, which can fully meet the needs of water supply and drainage and fire-fighting facilities in high-rise buildings, deep mines, etc. it is a better pump type for conveying cold and hot water or general medium, physical and chemical properties similar to water and other liquids in major industries.
