Gby series chemical pump is a new type of concentrated sulfuric acid submerged pump produced by material improvement and design according to the performance parameters of FY chemical pump. Compared with the domestic traditional concentrated sulfuric acid pump, the pump has unique characteristics and low price. It is the best choice of circulating sulfuric acid pump in drying tower and absorption tower in sulfuric acid production.

2、 The main features of gby concentrated sulfuric acid chemical pump are as follows

2. Two kinds of special cast iron and carbon steel are selected, which are economical, practical, efficient and energy-saving.

3. The open impeller is used for conveying liquid containing particles. The corrosion-resistant submerged pump (the particle diameter should not exceed 30% of the diameter of the pump suction inlet) is stable and not blocked.

Special steel is widely used in 80-100% sulfuric acid, the temperature can reach 60-80 ℃. In this concentration and temperature range of sulfuric acid, a protective iron sulfate film can be formed on the surface of steel. Cast iron is not suitable for more than 100% fuming sulfuric acid, which may be due to the reaction of sulfur trioxide with silicon contained in iron, making cast iron brittle. Carbon steel is not suitable for 100-102% fuming sulfuric acid, but more than 102% acid is suitable. The temperature limit is about 60 ℃. Dilute sulfuric acid has great corrosion on steel, and the corrosion rate reaches the highest value when the acid concentration is about 47%. When the acid concentration is more than 65%, the corrosion rate of steel is significantly reduced. However, in the concentration range of 65-80%, it is better not to use iron and steel, and lead or other dilute acid resistant materials are safer.

Sulfuric acid concentration: 80% ～ 98%, special cast iron temperature: 25 ～ 50 ℃, special carbon steel temperature: 25 ～ 60 ℃.

Disassembly and assembly

1. If the impeller is replaced or inspected, the outlet valve can be closed, the flange connecting bolt and the bottom connecting bolt can be removed, and the pump can be lifted out of the container with lifting tools.

2. Place the bottom plate vertically on the fixed support, remove all the bolts of the pump body, take out the pump cover and impeller nut, and gently tap the pump body with double hammer to remove the impeller.

3. If the flow bearing is replaced, the bottom plate will not move. As long as the motor and the corresponding bracket are removed, the pump coupling, gland and round nut are removed, and the shaft sleeve body is taken.

4. The order of assembly and disassembly is opposite. Pay attention to the concentricity of the accessories on the shaft.

6、 Installation, use and maintenance of gby concentrated sulfuric acid chemical pump

1. After the pump is assembled, rotate the coupling to see if it can rotate flexibly. Check whether there is metal friction sound and whether the nuts of each part are tightened.

2. Check the concentricity of the pump shaft and motor shaft. The difference between the left and right of the outer circle of the upper and lower coupling shall not exceed 0.1 mm, and the end face clearance of the coupling shall be kept at 1-2.5 mm.

3. The distance between the suction port of the pump and the bottom of the container is 2-3 times of the suction diameter. The distance between the pump body and the device wall should be greater than 2.5 times of the diameter.

4. The outlet pipe of the pump should be supported by another bracket, and its weight is not allowed to support on the pump.

5. Check the rotation direction of the motor to make the rotation direction of the pump conform to the indicated direction.

6. Close the gate valve on the outlet pipe and connect the cooling water pipe.

7. Super motor, slowly open the outlet pipe gate valve to the required position and put into normal operation.

8. Check the condition of pump and motor frequently. The temperature rise of bearing should not exceed 75 ℃. The bearing box should be filled with enough grease.
