XD rotary vane vacuum pump is a single-stage rotary vane coupling structure. Its working performance is high speed, low noise, fast pumping speed and high efficiency. The rotary vane vacuum pump only needs air cooling and has anti oil return structure to prevent the pump oil from returning into the pumped system. The pump is equipped with an exhaust filter, which can effectively eliminate oil mist, operate in a balanced way, with small vibration, and can work under any pressure. The technical parameter of the pump is 2 × 10-2Pa, which is widely used in food vacuum packaging, medicine, printing machinery, paper transportation, glass industry transportation, vacuum fixture, drying and other units.

2、 XD rotary vane vacuum pump features:

1. XD rotary vane vacuum pump can work at any inlet pressure, the biggest characteristic.

2. The oil mist eliminator is installed inside, which can effectively eliminate the oil mist in the gas discharged from the pump and avoid the pollution of oil mist to the surrounding environment.

3. The suction port is equipped with a check valve. 3、 Operating conditions and introduction of XD rotary vane vacuum pump:

1. The suction port of XD rotary vane vacuum pump is equipped with a coarse filter with wire mesh. It can prevent the solid foreign dust particles from being sucked into the pump chamber. The oil separator is equipped with an exhaust transition device with high efficiency oil-gas separation effect. When the pump is stopped, the suction valve built in the suction port isolates the pump from the system to prevent the pump oil from returning to the pumped system. The pump is air-cooled. All pumps are driven by direct connected motor through elastic coupling.

2. XD rotary vane vacuum pump is suitable for vacuum pumping of closed system. Such as vacuum packaging, vacuum forming, vacuum suction.

3. Inlet pressure range: 100Pa ~ 100000 PA, beyond this range, there will be oil mist at the exhaust port of vacuum pump. XD rotary vane vacuum pump working environment temperature and suction gas temperature should be between 5 ℃ and 40 ℃.

4. XD rotary vane vacuum pump can not pump water or other liquids. Do not remove explosive, flammable, high oxygen content, corrosive gas.

4、 Working principle of XD rotary vane vacuum pump:

XD centrifugal pump cavity, the centrifugal pump cavity with three pieces of centrifugal force, the same as the centrifugal pump cavity. When XD rotary vane vacuum pump is running, the volume of each working chamber changes periodically. The chamber with increasing volume continuously inhales gas from the suction port into the pump chamber. The suction chamber is isolated from the air inlet by itself.
